L\u2019impact a\u00e9rien des voies sur les fa\u00e7ades du projet constitue ici la premi\u00e8re des voies de transmission \u00e0 prendre en compte. Toutefois, le ma\u00eetre d\u2019ouvrage a voulu assurer le confort des futurs occupants en anticipant \u00e9galement l\u2019impact du trafic ferroviaire (pour rappel : il n\u2019existe pas \u00e0 ce jour de r\u00e9glementation).<\/p><p><i data-redactor-tag=\"i\"><strong data-redactor-tag=\"strong\">Le diagnostic<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p align=\"justify\">Apr\u00e8s 2 jours de diagnostic au niveau des 12 futurs lots de cette op\u00e9ration, plusieurs dizaines de passages de trains par voies de circulation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9s et retenus. Pour autant, le bruit rayonn\u00e9 par la structure des b\u00e2timents existant lors de passage de train \u00e9tait clairement audible (m\u00eame dans les pi\u00e8ces dont la fa\u00e7ade n\u2019\u00e9tait pas expos\u00e9e). Cela nous permet d\u2019estimer les niveaux vibratoires en lieu et place de b\u00e2timents existants bien avant leur d\u00e9molition et de r\u00e9aliser les \u00e9tudes d\u2019impact avant que les parcelles ne soient totalement lib\u00e9r\u00e9es.<\/blockquote><p><i data-redactor-tag=\"i\"><strong data-redactor-tag=\"strong\">L\u2019\u00e9tude de conception et d\u2019ex\u00e9cution<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p align=\"justify\">Afin d\u2019assurer le confort des futurs utilisateurs sans pour autant que l\u2019op\u00e9ration ne soit plus viable financi\u00e8rement, une coupure vibratoire par plots \u00e9lastom\u00e8res a \u00e9t\u00e9 dimensionn\u00e9e. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 l\u2019existence d\u2019un ensemble de contraintes techniques, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire de r\u00e9aliser une coupure vibratoire \u00e0 un niveau diff\u00e9rent pour chaque lot. Deux types de traitement vibratoire ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s sur les deux premiers lots : des plots \u00e9lastom\u00e8res en t\u00eate des murs p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques pour reprendre les charges lin\u00e9aires ; des appuis fr\u00e9t\u00e9s en t\u00eate de certains poteaux pour \u00e9viter au maximum les chapiteaux m\u00e9talliques.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">Pour rappel, la coupure vibratoire doit \u00eatre vue comme un plan de coupe horizontale du projet (ou une ligne en 2 dimensions), s\u00e9parant g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement l\u2019infrastructure \u00ab non d\u00e9solidaris\u00e9e \u00bb de la superstructure \u00ab d\u00e9solidaris\u00e9e \u00bb et donc prot\u00e9g\u00e9e. Il existe donc une quatri\u00e8me typologie de traitement, \u00e0 savoir les ba\u00efonnettes verticales en p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie du projet, afin de pouvoir \u00ab remonter \u00bb la coupure jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la \u00ab surface \u00bb.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dbec4d6 e-flex class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><i data-redactor-tag=\"i\"><strong data-redactor-tag=\"strong\">Le suivi de chantier<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p align=\"justify\">Il est \u00e0 noter que, le seul dimensionnement d&rsquo;un traitement vibratoire ne permet pas de garantir l&rsquo;atteinte des objectifs vibratoires. En effet, la qualit\u00e9 de la mise en \u0153uvre de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments tr\u00e8s techniques est primordiale pour l&rsquo;atteinte des objectifs. Nous estimons que la probabilit\u00e9 d\u2019erreur, et donc non-fonctionnement d\u2019une coupure vibratoire, dans le cas d\u2019un chantier sans suivi sp\u00e9cifique est de 90 % (chiffre bas\u00e9 sur notre exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 la vue du nombre de r\u00e9serves relev\u00e9es sur nos propres chantiers).<\/p><p align=\"justify\">Afin d&rsquo;assurer qu&rsquo;un tel investissement financier permette d\u2019atteindre les objectifs attendus (limitation de la g\u00eane des futurs occupants en premier lieu), chacune des \u00e9tapes de la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019une coupure vibratoire doit \u00eatre suivie, contr\u00f4l\u00e9e et valid\u00e9e.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">Ainsi, sur les 61 r\u00e9serves initiales, il en restait encore une dizaine apr\u00e8s 2 ans de chantier. L\u2019entreprise, assist\u00e9e du fabriquant des traitements vibratoires et de nous-m\u00eame, a appris en r\u00e9alisant cette coupure vibratoire la clef du gain de temps en phase chantier. \u00c0 savoir, l\u2019importance de l\u2019auto-contr\u00f4le, pour v\u00e9rifier l\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 des coffrages avant le coulage et ainsi r\u00e9duire drastiquement les temps de r\u00e9alisation des travaux de nettoyage de la coupure vibratoire. En effet, il ne faut pas seulement charger un traitement vibratoire pour qu\u2019il fonctionne, il faut aussi que la superstructure d\u00e9solidaris\u00e9e soit libre de mouvement.
