Au-del\u00e0 de la praticit\u00e9 de la proximit\u00e9 de la gare, le trafic ferroviaire pr\u00e9sente un impact social certain. L\u2019impact a\u00e9rien des voies sur les fa\u00e7ades du projet constitue ici la premi\u00e8re des voies de transmission. Mais la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 EMERIGE a voulu assurer le confort des futurs habitants du projet, la deuxi\u00e8me voie de transmission a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9e. <\/p><p><i data-redactor-tag=\"i\"><strong data-redactor-tag=\"strong\">Le cadre r\u00e9glementaire<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p align=\"justify\">Il est \u00e0 noter qu\u2019il n\u2019existe actuellement pas de r\u00e9glementation nationale sp\u00e9cifique concernant les vibrations g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par les infrastructures de transports terrestres qui sont transmises dans les constructions. N\u00e9anmoins et pour information, la loi mobilit\u00e9s vot\u00e9e en septembre 2019 \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e Nationale demandant la d\u00e9finition de seuil, devrait avoir lieu d\u2019ici la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2021. Il est \u00e0 noter que, la proximit\u00e9 directe d\u2019un projet avec des voies de train, m\u00e9tro ou tramway, induit une tr\u00e8s forte possibilit\u00e9 de g\u00e8ne des futurs occupants, notamment un risque \u00e9lev\u00e9 de trouble du sommeil et de la concentration. La complexit\u00e9 du site r\u00e9sidait principalement dans son occupation totale \u00e0 plus de 90% par d\u2019anciens b\u00e2timents aux syst\u00e8mes constructifs divers et vari\u00e9s, induisant n\u00e9cessairement une incertitude sur les donn\u00e9es d\u2019entr\u00e9es difficilement optimisables.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">Comme on peut le voir sur le graphique r\u00e9capitulatif des r\u00e9sultats de mesure, les niveaux mesur\u00e9s in situ dans les b\u00e2timents existants \u00e9taient inf\u00e9rieurs au seuil de perception tactile moyen d\u2019un humain. Pour autant, le bruit rayonn\u00e9 par la structure des b\u00e2timents existant lors de passage de train \u00e9tait clairement audible (m\u00eame dans les pi\u00e8ces dont la fa\u00e7ade n\u2019\u00e9tait pas expos\u00e9e). Cela est normal et d\u00e9montre un fait syst\u00e9matique, nous entendons les vibrations plus facilement que nous les ressentons.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e75e773 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"e75e773\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6303b0d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6303b0d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote><em data-redactor-tag=\"em\">Note : pour r\u00e9duire fortement les incertitudes de mod\u00e9lisation, nous avons mis en place une m\u00e9thodologie de diagnostic bas\u00e9e sur la mesure en champ libre des niveaux vibratoires et la caract\u00e9risation vibratoire du sol. Cela nous permet d\u2019estimer les niveaux vibratoires en lieu et place de b\u00e2timents existants bien avant leur d\u00e9molition et de r\u00e9aliser les \u00e9tudes d\u2019impact avant que les parcelles ne soient totalement lib\u00e9r\u00e9es <\/em>.<\/blockquote><p><i data-redactor-tag=\"i\"><strong data-redactor-tag=\"strong\">L\u2019\u00e9tude de conception et d\u2019ex\u00e9cution<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p align=\"justify\">Afin d\u2019assurer le confort des futurs utilisateurs sans pour autant que l\u2019op\u00e9ration ne soit plus viable financi\u00e8rement, une coupure vibratoire par plots \u00e9lastom\u00e8res a \u00e9t\u00e9 dimensionn\u00e9e. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 l\u2019existence d\u2019un ensemble de contraintes techniques, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire de r\u00e9aliser une coupure vibratoire sur deux niveaux et suivant trois typologies de traitements : <span class=\"TextRun SCXW104383411 BCX9\" data-verified=\"redactor\" data-redactor-tag=\"span\" data-redactor-class=\"TextRun SCXW104383411 BCX9\">des plots \u00e9lastom\u00e8res en t\u00eate des murs p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques pour reprendre les charges lin\u00e9aires\u202f; des appuis fr\u00e9t\u00e9s en t\u00eate de certains poteaux pour \u00e9viter les chapiteaux m\u00e9talliques\u202f; des <\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW104383411 BCX9\" data-verified=\"redactor\" data-redactor-tag=\"span\" data-redactor-class=\"TextRun SCXW104383411 BCX9\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW104383411 BCX9\" data-verified=\"redactor\" data-redactor-tag=\"span\" data-redactor-class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW104383411 BCX9\">tapis \u00e9lastom\u00e8re sous les fondations superficiel<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW104383411 BCX9\" data-verified=\"redactor\" data-redactor-tag=\"span\" data-redactor-class=\"TextRun SCXW104383411 BCX9\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW104383411 BCX9\" data-verified=\"redactor\" data-redactor-tag=\"span\" data-redactor-class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW104383411 BCX9\">le<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW104383411 BCX9\" data-verified=\"redactor\" data-redactor-tag=\"span\" data-redactor-class=\"TextRun SCXW104383411 BCX9\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW104383411 BCX9\" data-verified=\"redactor\" data-redactor-tag=\"span\" data-redactor-class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW104383411 BCX9\">s des poteaux centraux<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW104383411 BCX9\" data-verified=\"redactor\" data-redactor-tag=\"span\" data-redactor-class=\"TextRun SCXW104383411 BCX9\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW104383411 BCX9\" data-verified=\"redactor\" data-redactor-tag=\"span\" data-redactor-class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW104383411 BCX9\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\">Pour rappel, la coupure vibratoire doit \u00eatre vue comme un plan <span class=\"TextRun SCXW104383411 BCX9\" data-verified=\"redactor\" data-redactor-tag=\"span\" data-redactor-class=\"TextRun SCXW104383411 BCX9\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW104383411 BCX9\" data-verified=\"redactor\" data-redactor-tag=\"span\" data-redactor-class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW104383411 BCX9\">de coupe horizontale du projet<\/span><\/span> (ou une ligne en 2 dimensions) s\u00e9parant g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement l\u2019infrastructure \u00ab non d\u00e9solidaris\u00e9e \u00bb de la superstructure \u00ab d\u00e9solidaris\u00e9e \u00bb et donc prot\u00e9g\u00e9e. En effet, la qualit\u00e9 de la mise en \u0153uvre de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments tr\u00e8s techniques est primordiale pour l&rsquo;atteinte des objectifs.
