D\u2019un montant de travaux de 24 300 000 \u20ac HT, ce projet comprend notamment :<\/p><ul><li>La Construction d\u2019un nouveau b\u00e2timent d\u2019environ 6500 m\u00b2 pour 88 lits d\u2019hospitalisation de psychiatrie, locaux supports et espaces ext\u00e9rieurs d\u00e9di\u00e9s,<\/li><li>La Construction d\u2019un parking silo d\u2019environ 500 places,<\/li><li>La D\u00e9construction d\u2019environ 4700 m\u00b2 de b\u00e2timents d\u00e9saffect\u00e9s.<\/li><\/ul><p>Le GROUPE GAMBA interviendra tout au long du projet, des \u00e9tudes de conception jusqu\u2019aux op\u00e9rations de r\u00e9ception afin de garantir le respect des crit\u00e8res acoustiques r\u00e9glementaires relatifs aux \u00e9tablissements hospitaliers et aux bruits de voisinage.<\/p><p>Les sujets classiques de bruits d\u2019impact, d\u2019isolements des chambres et autres locaux de soins et locaux communs, de r\u00e9verb\u00e9ration des diff\u00e9rents espaces, de bruits d\u2019\u00e9quipements int\u00e9rieurs et d\u2019isolement vis-\u00e0-vis de l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur seront pris en compte, ainsi que les cas sp\u00e9cifiques des chambres d\u2019isolements n\u00e9cessitant des dispositions particuli\u00e8res pour limiter leur nuisance aupr\u00e8s des autres patients.<\/p><p>Le fonctionnement des \u00e9quipements techniques inh\u00e9rents \u00e0 ce type d\u2019\u00e9tablissement (Pompes \u00e0 Chaleur, CTA, Groupe \u00e9lectrog\u00e8ne\u2026) fera aussi l\u2019objet d\u2019une attention particuli\u00e8re via une mod\u00e9lisation acoustique du site visant \u00e0 d\u00e9finir les solutions techniques pour r\u00e9duire leur impact sonore.<\/p><p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6171531d elementor-align-center elementor-widget elementor-widget-button\" data-id=\"6171531d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"button.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-button-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-button elementor-button-link elementor-size-sm\" href=\"\/domaines-dactivites\/batiment\/\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-button-content-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-button-text\">Notre expertise dans le b\u00e2timent<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"featured_media":7836,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false},"activite":[9],"class_list":["post-7834","reference-projet","type-reference-projet","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","activite-batiment"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.0 -
