Trois salles de projection (dont l\u2019une modulable pour des spectacles), une m\u00e9diath\u00e8que lumineuse, un parking souterrain et la r\u00e9habilitation d\u2019espaces naturels (les berges de l\u2019Epte) sont pens\u00e9s pour offrir \u00e0 la fois ouverture sur le territoire et refuge de calme, avec une livraison attendue fin 2025.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-36f0cf7 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"36f0cf7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-start=\"1096\" data-end=\"1142\"><strong>Acoustique : un pilier central du projet<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"1144\" data-end=\"1396\">Si l\u2019architecture frappe par son \u00e9l\u00e9gance, le projet se distingue tout autant par l\u2019<strong data-start=\"1228\" data-end=\"1285\">attention port\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019acoustique des espaces culturels<\/strong>. Pour offrir aux usagers une exp\u00e9rience sonore optimale, chaque composant du b\u00e2timent est \u00e9tudi\u00e9 avec rigueur.<\/p><p data-start=\"1398\" data-end=\"1615\">Dans la <strong data-start=\"1406\" data-end=\"1432\">grande salle modulable<\/strong>, l\u2019enjeu est majeur : passer en un instant d\u2019un <strong data-start=\"1481\" data-end=\"1519\">silence quasi total pour le cin\u00e9ma<\/strong>, \u00e0 une <strong data-start=\"1527\" data-end=\"1567\">acoustique adapt\u00e9e aux repr\u00e9sentations vivantes.\u00a0<\/strong> Un d\u00e9fi relev\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une approche compl\u00e8te :<\/p><ul data-start=\"1616\" data-end=\"1877\"><li data-start=\"1616\" data-end=\"1661\"><p data-start=\"1618\" data-end=\"1661\"><strong data-start=\"1618\" data-end=\"1660\">Traitement des s\u00e9paratifs entre salles<\/strong>,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1662\" data-end=\"1726\"><p data-start=\"1664\" data-end=\"1726\"><strong data-start=\"1664\" data-end=\"1725\">Isolation acoustique renforc\u00e9e des fa\u00e7ades et menuiseries<\/strong>,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1727\" data-end=\"1808\"><p data-start=\"1729\" data-end=\"1808\"><strong data-start=\"1729\" data-end=\"1778\">S\u00e9lection d\u2019\u00e9quipements techniques silencieux<\/strong> (ventilation, climatisation),<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1809\" data-end=\"1877\"><p data-start=\"1811\" data-end=\"1877\"><strong data-start=\"1811\" data-end=\"1876\">Correction acoustique int\u00e9rieure adapt\u00e9e aux usages multiples<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1881\" data-end=\"2026\">L\u2019objectif : garantir <strong data-start=\"1906\" data-end=\"1967\">intelligibilit\u00e9, confort sonore et ma\u00eetrise des nuisances<\/strong>, quels que soient les usages ou les moments de la journ\u00e9e.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"1881\" data-end=\"2026\"><strong>Strat\u00e9gies &amp; engagements techniques<\/strong><\/h2><p>Richter Architectes, laur\u00e9at du concours, s\u2019est engag\u00e9 sur une enveloppe technique rigoureuse : isolation renforc\u00e9e, modulations acoustiques, choix d\u2019\u00e9quipements silencieux, traitement des jonctions (planchers, cloisons, vitrages), et am\u00e9nagements ext\u00e9rieurs attentifs pour que les bruits environnants (parking, voirie, promenade) ne nuisent pas \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience int\u00e9rieure. Le chantier actuellement en cours, pr\u00e9voit un <strong>plan de pr\u00e9vention du bruit<\/strong> pour prot\u00e9ger riverains et usagers pendant les travaux.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"3007\" data-end=\"3078\"><strong>Un p\u00f4le culturel ancr\u00e9 dans le territoire et tourn\u00e9 vers l\u2019avenir<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"1879\" data-end=\"2026\">Le p\u00f4le ouvrira fin 2025 et le public pourra profiter d\u2019espaces o\u00f9 la dimension sonore aura \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi soign\u00e9e que l\u2019architecture et la programmation. Un lieu o\u00f9 le calme, l\u2019\u00e9coute et la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 se rencontrent \u2014 pour les spectateurs, les lecteurs, les promeneurs. Et pour le territoire, une belle r\u00e9ponse aux enjeux d\u2019am\u00e9nagement durable, de bien-\u00eatre et de partage.<\/p><p data-start=\"1879\" data-end=\"2026\">Un soin particulier est apport\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019<strong data-start=\"3396\" data-end=\"3430\">\u00e9quilibre entre usages publics<\/strong> (lecture, spectacle, promenade) et <strong data-start=\"3466\" data-end=\"3488\">qualit\u00e9 acoustique<\/strong>. Chaque salle, chaque couloir, chaque zone de repos a \u00e9t\u00e9 pens\u00e9e comme un <strong data-start=\"3563\" data-end=\"3579\">\u00e9crin sonore<\/strong>, o\u00f9 l\u2019<strong
